Business Yoga
Business Yoga is a comprehensive concept for strengthening both mind and body.
It combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation directly in the workplace, helping participants reduce stress and improve concentration and flexibility.

Free of charge for HU employees as part of the university’s health promotion programme. - Eligibility:
Open to all HU employees and cooperation partners. - Language:
Sessions are conducted mainly in German, but basic English explanations can be provided if needed.

About the programme
Business Yoga offers an opportunity for active relaxation and stress relief during the working day.
No special equipment or clothing is required. Trainers come directly to your office..
The 20-minute sessions include gentle asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and short relaxation techniques that restore focus and mental clarity.
Please note: If there are more than 10 participants, please create an additional group to ensure enough space for everyone.
Always include your room number in the registration form to help our trainers and coordinators allocate the correct location.
Practical tips
Sessions can take place in any office room with sufficient space (approx. two arm lengths per person).
Desks and chairs may remain in the room; our trainers adapt the exercises to the available space.
