In summer and winter we offer excursions over several days nationally and abroad. We offer catamaran sailing and windsurfing on the island Fehmarn, kitesurfing on Rügen, surfing on Sylt and wild water kayaking in the Wildalpen. If you want to hit the slopes in winter, we offer various 7-day ski and snowboard trips to Austria, South Tyrol or Switzerland, as well as cross-country skiing excursions in Germany and the Czech Republic.

Summer excursions

The special thing about the excursion offers is that they include sports (e.g. yacht sailing) that cannot be practiced in Berlin or that offer new challenges under changed conditions. They take place in attractive locations, are varied and inexpensive. The focus of the compact courses is the training in the respective sport. Communication, exchange and above all fun in nature and in the community are not neglected. The courses are mainly supervised by students and employees of the HU Berlin. The majority of the teamers received their training from the Institute for Sports Science and university sports.

Please note: the excursions only take place in summer.

Winter excursions

The range of winter sports offered by university sports at Humboldt University in Berlin is one of the largest in Germany. 10-15 rides for alpine skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing are offered each winter. With a complete package of bus travel, accommodation (HB) and ski pass, you can go to Austria, Italy, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and also the German mountains. Our trained ski instructors offer qualified lessons for all levels every day. The in-house ski basement from the Hochschulsports also offers participants convenient opportunities to borrow freshly prepared material at a reasonable price. Detailed information on the individual trips can be found in the course description in the sports program.
