About the water sports center!
With its location on Lake Zeuthen, the water sports center (“Wassersportzentrum”) of HU Berlin is an excellent starting point for quiet canoe tours through the idyllic river and lake landscape in the area. The area is also ideal for sailing and windsurfing. Whether basic or advanced courses, there is a suitable offer for everyone.
Training-friendly boats and the teaching of theory and practice in small groups ensure a well-founded and enjoyable learning experience. Courses are open to students, HU staff, and externals/alumni, and are usually held in German, with basic English support available.
It is also possible to acquire the VDWS Windsurfing Basic License and the Inland Sports Boat License during selected courses.
